  • Garment notes needed to fulfil alterations (fabric type, requested changes, collection timing).

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Service delivery — to fulfil a contract or take steps at your request (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised. Job notes linked to garments are kept for the period needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up, then erased or archived as required by UK law.

We do not sell personal data. We may use IT or hosting providers acting as processors under written terms. International transfers occur only with appropriate safeguards where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
